Backgrounds & Objectives: Patients who are under haemodialysis experience a lot of sexual problems which can lead to a reduction in their quality of life. Peer support groups are a kind of social supports that in which peers who have similar experience present some advice to others to enhance their quality of life. The aim of the present study is to determine the effect of peer support group on sexual functionin patients treated with haemodialysis. Material & Method: A clinical trial research with two cases and control groups was performed on 64 patients undergoing haemodialysis in Vasei hospital of Sabzevar in 2013. The sampling was random. Patients were divided into two groups of intervention and control using the block permutation .The Participants attended 8 weekly sessions comprising 2 hours each week. The topic was according to the patients’ needs and interests. Research tools were: demographic questionnaire, sexual function of part dialysis patients, life quality Questionnaire (KDQOL-SFTM). For data analysis, descriptive and deductive (paied t- test and independent t-test) statistics SPSS version 18 was used. Results: After the completion of the study, there was not a significant difference between sexual health situation scores of two groups (case and control) (p value>0.05). After attending peer support group in case group there were not a significant differences in mental health situation scores (p value>0.05) . Conclusions: According to the results of this study, attending peer support group in hemodialysis patients will improve their sexual function. But this change was not significant.

Background and aims: The increasing of heart disease, high rate of hospitalization due to the disease and also the high cost of treatment and care, has caused that important challenge facing the health system in the present century. Therefore, heart disease prevention and successful treatment is essential This is possible only with the patients’ active involvement in treatment and to implement the recommendations of the health care team which this is mentioned as treatment adherence. The present study conducted to determine the status of treatment adherence in patients after coronary artery bypass graft in Tehran in 2014 Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 70 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft in Tehran. Needed data were collected via demographic checklist and treatment adherence questionnaire that were completed by patients in five days after coronary artery bypass surgery and before discharge. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson coloration and Chi square were used. Results: The mean score of treatment adherence was 59.36± 8.08. Among subscales, maximum score was for Combining treatment with life (68/06± 19/34) and minimum score was dedicated to planning in performance of treatment (44.52± 25.62). There was a significant correlation between all subscales of treatment adherence instrument (p=0/0001) except for concern to treatment and planning in performance of treatment and also participate in treatment with commitment to treatment that there was observed no significant relationship. Conclusion: The results showed that Treatment coordination with living conditions and social support from family and friends is associated with better adherence in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft. There is suggested that adherence to treatment consider as an educational program in nursing care of these patients.

Background & Objectives: Nursing education and attention to the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the promotion is of particular importance. Many factors are involved in the education process that each alone can have an effect on learning the most important is learning environment prevailing and space. The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between clinical environment and clinical self-efficacy from viewpoint of the nursing students.
Materials & Methods: This analytical - correlation was performed on all103 nursing student of third and fourth years at the Sabzevar university. Sampling method was census and three questionnaires: personal information, Dundee ready educational environment measure (DREEM ) and clinical self-efficacy were used. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 18 and descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation and independent T test by 0.05 in significant area.
Results: Mean score of self-efficacy was 50.42±16.19, the most score was for patient assessment subscale (53.59 ± 16.97) and the lowest score was for patient care planning subscale (46.05 ± 20.90). There was not significant relationship between self-efficacy and educational domains. However, there was significant and positive relationship between educational subscales (p< 0.0001).
Conclusion: Although there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy and educational environment, but learning environment plays an important role in the self-motivation of students. Theredore, the authorities in the areas of nursing education, research and nursing management should pay attention to the quality of educational environment and its impact on nursing motivation.

Backgrounds: patients who are under hemodialysis also experience a lot of physical problems which can lead to a reduction in their quality of life. Peer support groups are a kind of social supports that in which peers who have similar experience present some advice to others to enhance their quality of life.
Material and Method: This clinical trial study with two case and control groups was conducted on 55 patients treated with hemodialysis hospitalized in vasee hospital sabzevar in 1392. Participants in the case group, attended in 2 hours sessions during 8 weeks. Issue of sessions was planned based on patients’needs and interests. Research tools were demographic and the Section of Physical health status "Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form (KDQOL-SFTM)". For data analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test and paired t test was used.
Results: Attending in peer support group was resulted in a significant difference in physical health status between the case and control group (p< 0.0001).also, there was observed a significant difference in physical health after and before intervention(p< 0.0001).
Conclusions: Results showed that using a peer support group can have some positive effects on promoting physical health status in patients treated with hemodialysis that finally can enhance their quality of life.
